All online orders are shipped from our studio in Vancouver, BC. Please note that shipping times are in addition to our 1–3 business day processing window.

We currently ship express via DHL to select international destinations with reliable and accurate delivery timelines.

Express Shipping – DHL | 4–7 Business Days | $50

TAXES AND DUTIES

Prices on our website do not include taxes or import duties.

For orders shipped within Canada, applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.

For U.S. and international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), or customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for any additional charges upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

Please note: If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, it will be returned at the customer’s expense. Any paid duties are non-refundable if the order is returned.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on our products.

If your bracelet or necklace needs a little TLC—like a faulty clasp or a resizing—we’re happy to help! Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping to our studio for any repairs/adjustments.
